How can i skip step 4 (shipping) and 5(payment method) in the checkout? I will only have one option for each order.

Oh, that's a good question but I do not know how! I believe the pages are considered informational and important so the customer KNOWS what shipping method you will use. And how will they put in their credit card information if they do not see the payment method page?

It gives indeed an extra confidence towards the customer but it is also a extra treshold towards customer if they see that they have todo 6 steps whereby 2 steps (clicks) are unnessacry in the process. The confidence can also be given by showing the logo of the payment and shipping service just in the footer are somewhere else on the checkout page without forcing extra clicks.
