I know this mod is not unique, there are few others and some are free; but this one has a few different options and supports UTF-8 encoding.

BP Product Catalog uses mPDF library, which by far is superior to fPDF or derivatives (TCPDF).

mPDF is not small (almost 40 MB!), but I guess to support all different fonts including CJK characters, they got to include it in the distribution. I am sure though, some stuff can be removed, just haven't had time to tinker with it.

This mod generates PDF catalog, sorted by Latest to Oldest, by Manufacter/Brand or by Categories. Has option to exclude Out of Stock items and option to exclude price.

Commented on this extension

"Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 172032 bytes)"

Got similar error with this extension

I allocated more space, and the pdf created was 15mb for 90 products!! and didn't even generate all the images, left most of the product images blank after it had spent time rendering a 15mb pdf!

@webpie:
You never responded when I asked you to email me the details. I cannot help you if you do not communicate.
Yes, mPDF consumes a lot of memory, that is why I recommend the compression in installation instructions:
"...You may want to compress your mpdf.php for better performance.
Minimum required settings for this module are TABLES, LISTS,
IMAGES-CORE, HTMLHEADERS-FOOTERS...."
More info on mPDF compression here

I have tested this mod on 117 products - resulting pdf had 8 pages, 4.18MB, time 38 sec.
As for your images, I really need to see your store to be able to help.

Sorry for your disappointment in my mod, but I do believe it would be better for all if you helped me to resolve your issues and improve my extension by communicating with me, instead of just rating the mod down.

Best regards,
