[RELEASED] Google Maps jQuery dialog module

Hi guys, I've just ported my Google Maps dialog module to OpenCart and that's what it does.

The module is for those, who don’t want a separate page to show their location on Google Maps. It allows you to create multiple Google Maps locations and display a jQuery dialog window with a map by simply adding a span or a href anywhere in the shop. Map size and dialog title can be easily configurable via backend.

Basically, you add locations, then insert a span, href, image or some other HTML element anywhere in your shop and when a customer clicks on your anchor, a map with your location gets displayed.
