Product description missing in admin

I updated to the most recent version of OC (1.4.9.4), and seem to have lost the product description in the product admin.

If I refresh the page a bunch of times, it might show up... but most of the time, it won't. (Description section has no field).

It's like it's being hidden somehow. (You can almost see it there for a second before it disappears.)

The easy answer is to check if your host has "speed optimization" enabled for your site. For me, I just went in to the domain manager panel and it was a checkbox under my php version. Fixed it right up.

I just turned off the "page speed" beta and now I'll see how it goes.
