Hi,

Has anyone had this problem and found a solution.

Cart with 43 items and the Auspost module calculates shipping fine.
Cart with 44 items and the Auspost module falls over.

Thanks,
Phil

check it out at picokit.com

This is really strange and I have to get it going cause I'm just starting to sell products through the web now.

Really, someone else must have this same sort of problem - this is a standard install of 1.4.9 and the auspost is the most up-to-date for 1.4.9 (opencart1491u4.auspost)

More info:

When I have dimensions (width, length, height) then the amount I can buy changes.
The amount also changes depending on the product I select - but it's not explainable.

For instance:
With dimensions I can select only 17 HQsoldering irons or 99 PicoDice or a few hundred IR-Emitter LEDs: So it seems to be based on weight.
But without dimensions I can select 43 HQsoldering irons or 43 PicoDice or 43 IR-Emitter LEDs: So it seems to be on the number 43.

I have the cart weight turned on and in both cases it is working out the weight correctly.

Does the Auspost Module add up the dimensions or something - this is my only explanation - it is sending the dimensions as well as the weight!

SOLVED but not happy

I had to make all dimensions of all products to 1cm and now it works fine.

Obviously no-one uses dimensions at all.
