[vQmod][1.5] Show negatively sorted info pages in sitemaps

I used opencart's information page feature like a CMS, I added many information pages but not all of them should show up in the default bottom left information pages menu. This can be achieved by setting the sort order to -1.

However, I -do- want those negatively sorted pages to show up in the sitemap and the google sitemap. (They don't in the standard opencart code) This mod changes just that.
