USPS setup failure.

I entered correct information and I emailed USPS to activate my account but I'm still getting following error.

"Authorization failure. You are not authorized to connect to this server."

What step am I missing?

I'm using v1.5.1.

Then USPS hasn't activated your account. Call them and tell them you are using OpenCart
