Issue creating a new store.

I try to create a new store in another server (because I am having issues with the older one).

When I finish to set up the admin acount, I got this error:

Never mind it was a permission issue I have to give the folders an 777 permission.

But I got another issue, when I try to import a Backup I got this:

Did you ever figure out the problem for the line 21Notice: Undefined index: Tables_ ?
I am getting a similar error mesage when I try & do a backup in the admin, Im using 1.5.1.
