[SOLVED] - Image Uploading Iin admin not working...!!

Hi,

I have used opencart version 1.4.7 and successfully created a website to compare products. But accidently i deleted some of the images and cache. After that i tried reuploading all the images and also the cache but no use. The image uploading wont work. Can anyone help me.?? The project has been almost completed and im having nightmare now at the last minute.

What i did basically is to give 777 permission to all files and folders in the image folder in root. Ive been behind this for long and i was getting totally mad..
