Hi Guys,

I installed Open Cart on my site!!

Every thing seems alright in terms of processing the order (until check out). Once the transaction is complete!!

Email is being sent out to the customer with a thank you message for the purchase.

But when the customer checks it in the account order status (thru View your order history), there are no orders to be seen!!

Link given for the invoice is also not accessible, it shows no orders can be found!!

Any idea, what can be done to come out of this issue!! Please suggest?? Thanks.

Hi,

Check that the payment type that you are using doesn't have its Order Status set to "Cancelled".
