I have the latest version of Open Cart and all was tested and everything operating fine for a couple of months, then one day I went in and none of the shipping modules were working, so I reset the Canada Post and the pick up from store and the UPS and all are working except the UPS. I have attached a screen shot of the error and my settings for the UPS.

Why is it that everything is working correctly and then all of a sudden it stops working.
Known 1.4.9.5 bug.

Thank you for the reply, I have the file open right now and ups_insurance is not there but the ups_classification is there.

Oh that is 1.4.9.4.. UPS 1.4.9.5 uses a new code structure that had this error. I've never seen this error before 1.4.9.5 and the fix above was for 1.4.9.5divinetouch wrote:Thank you for the reply, I have the file open right now and ups_insurance is not there but the ups_classification is there.
