Theme Development for 5 OC Projects

Hello there, we have complete PSD files for 5 OC 1.5 themes for http://gothemeteam.com. We hired Opencart UA Community from the Partners Page, this guy http://www.wfl.me/8Nc1, to do them but he's completely disappeared for some reason without finishing even one theme.

* Your hourly rate or project price for each theme
* When you can start
* A firm deadline for each theme (I can show you PSDs of course)
* Links to your two best OC themes you've developed
