How to apply multilangue seo keywords?

Hello,

I have been searching for a while for posible solution, but I was unlucky and didn't find anything that could be applicable.
My vision is to have such url as:
domain.com/en/category-name
domain.com/en/category-name/product-name.html
domain.com/de/name-kategorie
domain.com/de/name-kategorie/name-products.html

I wonder if I could reach such result without any modification, but using multi-stores.

If it isn't posible to configure store like this, please recommend available extensions which would fullfill my vision

I doubt that it would be posible achieve wanted results using multi-store.
For example I would leave English language default in domain.com
German langauge site would be added as domain.com/de and so on
The question is if it is posible to use multi-store on the same domain.
Is it better to use domain.com/de or de.domain.com?

If all that is posible than I would rewrite language module simple to link between different sites.

But still there is need for posibility to entry multilangue seo keywords.
