[1.5.x] Offer "default" selection for options

In 1.5.x
Select boxes offer a "Please Select"
Radio buttons are all unselected

The default intuitive behavior of these inputs are to always default to "some" option. I can see how having the Please Select and unselected options would be good for some people, but there should be an option to have a default selection for each. Even checkboxes should offer a default selected or not.

Ok I made this as a mod. It works with checkbox, image, radio, and select
It also works with Options Price Update for live price updating
