Admin set shipping charge for each order.

Hi All,

I am using opencart 1.4.9.5 . Thanks for great product.
Here i am using this for internal purpose. Only our selected branches can make order inside. I made it a must login front end. Here i need to approve the order by the administrator. Is there any option add the shipping price to each order manually by the administrator so that it will add to the total price. something look like "shipping charge"
