Up to 1.2.4: Zone Data messed up

The Zone Data Set is totaly messed up. Several Regions are unreadable because of conversation errors.
Daniel: You might remeber I already fixed this for you about one year ago. Why don't you just use this stuff?

Okay, so for now here's a small list:
  • Display included taxes based on product tax settings, i.e. "incl. 19% VAT, excl. P&P". Link to P&P information page required. Popup prefered.
  • Display (iframe or popup, configurable) and force agreement to Terms & Conditions as well as Return Policy on checkout. Record timestamp and IP in order database
  • Add fields and Include VAT ID and TAX No. in all outgoing mails including Invoice
