I come humbled, seeking to find the means to my client's desired end--additional images that show the appropriate pictures for the selected product/product option (Using Product Options Plus.)
Product Options is precisely what I needed--it swaps the main product image out for the selected product image; ie. It changes the black jewelry box to a blue jewelry box. I may modify the additional images to show up beneath the product, but regardless of where they are... I'm trying to find a way to have them swap to the product option's additional pictures; ie. When you change to blue, the additional images show the blue jewelry boxes pictures.
It would actually be acceptable to separate the products and have the alternate colors be individual products, yet I would still need an easy way to show the additional colors on each product page--something like a small blue square on the black product page, that would take you the same jewelry box but in blue.
I graciously accept all help and advice on the matter.
