Does not save changements

When I change the local settings like Country, language... to the Dutch settings like Netherlands, dutch, euro... After saving the settings they'll will just jump back to the default settings for the UK.

Using: v1.2.4

I have installed opencart with WAMP in local installation
Everything working fine except doesn't save settings
I have Opencart 1.2.8

please check your error logs or somethign. I can recreate this problem.
