Just can't seem to understand how Returns operate.
I see there are section on customer account that says Returns and it always states - You have not made any previous returns..
Question:
How is this Returns feature related to logged in customer?
Thanks

What do you mean it's not implemented? Its there look - http://demo.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... urn/insert (this one is return_form.tpl)
The question is:
Why this page http://demo.opencart.com/index.php?route=account/return shows "You have not made any previous returns!" when i have actually made returns? (you need to be logged in as customer to see this page)
There is also return_list.tpl and return_info.tpl..
I'm about to move to OpenCart but wonder a bit about this with the returns.
I made a test purchase, and as a customer i can ask for a return number?
I filled in that I wanted to send as a return, and the reason, etc., then got a message on the screen that I would receive an email:
Thank you for your return request.
The status of your request will be notified by e-mail
(To my mail came no return number?)
It was not until I changed status in admin (or what I did) as I got an email to my test account email that say
Return Case, Update 2
Can anyone please explain how it works or is there any manual that i could read about this so I know what to do with a so-called return request in OpenCart ..

Not sure about your question but it sounds to me like it is working correctly. When a customer requests a return, the store owner should review it and send any instructions or other information to the customer who would then return the item if you told them they could. You then refund it when you get it back and update the return status again.
Running Opencart v3.0.3.9 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.
Just that easy? *lol*
Maybe its only our different languages that confuses me..
Return number? (i was expecting a number the customer could use in some way ) ;-)
The first email the customer gets (when i change its status in admin) is:
Return Case, Update 2 ( i was expecting an update 1 in the return case)
Why wouldnt the shop accept returns? (if not downloaded products)
In Sweden we have a law that gives the customer the right to use a "withdrawal right" and send back the items witout a reason. (of course within some days, and not used products).
