Image upload problems! please help!

hi, i just installed this OC Version 1.4.9.3 into my server. When i try to use any image, even an existing one, the image manager doesn't show any image to select. When i try to upload one, i click the upload link, opens the file browser, select the image i want and then, nothing happens, the spining circle just keep spinning and nothing happens. I made sure to put all the folders permisions to 777. Checking the error log i found this:

by the way, actions like the upload itself or create folders actually works, I just cant visualize nothing with the image manager. any help?

I have no idea what that is.. c_action and foot.php isn't part of opencart. Looks like its a php library that is failing.

When I go to upload an image into a post I'm drafting, instead of opening a little pop up window like it usually does, it takes the whole browser to the upload site. Fine enough, until after clicking "insert into post" it acts like it's loading, but doesn't. And it is goes to the back stage .

This is a dependency problem. Some other Javascript file needs to be loaded before JQuery. View the source of the PHP file that you're loading and look through the Javascript files listed at the top before JQuery is listed. It's likely that the server is not finding one of those files.

I am having the same issue, I use the file upload image manager, when I go to upload, it allows me to select the image, it states that the file has uploaded successfully, but then shows NO images, anywhere. Its uploaded to the server, but will not display. When I initially add products and upload the image, it seems to work ok, but when I try to update or change an image, I can not. I am trying to update images for products, but I can not. I am using 1.4.9.5.

I have set the entire store directory to chmod 755. Still no luck

I can provide more specs if needed.

If you delete the uploaded image(s) from the server manually, you will then be able to see images in the upload manager. I had the same problem, and still do. For some reason it only allows certain images. I cant figure it out.

Ok, so I tried that and still did not work, I have used 4 different browsers, most updated versions, still no luck. I can not figure out how to make this image manager work. As mentioned before, when I initially add a product, it takes the image just fine, but if I need to edit or update an image, this is where the problem lies.
