Is the way to do this?
1. Free ship on any order over $35.00 USA.
2. Free ship on any order over $75 international.
There's not any way to do this in the default installation. You'd have to duplicate the Free Shipping module so you have two instances.
If you use a flat rate shipping fee for order totals under $35 / $75, you could use my Total-Based Shipping extension, and set the rates for each Geo Zone like so:
USA = 35:10.00, 999999:0.00
International = 75:25.00, 999999:0.00
If you use a flat rate shipping fee for order totals under $35 / $75, you could use my Total-Based Shipping extension, and set the rates for each Geo Zone like so:
USA = 35:10.00, 999999:0.00
International = 75:25.00, 999999:0.00
