Duplicate shops / SEO??

Hi all,

I have a website http://www.personalisedrewardcharts.co.uk which is currently aimed at the uk.

I want to duplicated the site (exactly) and rebrand it as www.personalizedrewardcharts.com and aim it at USA.

Is this likely to have an impact on SEO rankings etc, can anyone suggest a google friendly way of doing this?

Duplicates are a big NO, NO in SEO. I think you better think of other strategy.

here is a reason that every major search engine has a form to report sites who do not use ethical SEO tactics and who violate the terms of service so that these sites can be subsequently penalized or removed.
