Google Base Improved problems with &

I can't upload my products into google because an error shows up and it says 2 of 3 products imported, when I've really got 20,000. When I open the Google Base Improved link to see what's up, I get an error in Chrome: "This page contains the following errors:

error on line 38 at column 761: Entity 'Acirc' not defined
error on line 38 at column 761: Encoding error
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error."

Now I've figured out that 'Acirc' probably refers to an & sign somewhere, but how would I got about fixing that?
