Flat Rate Shipping

Hi

I have read so many posts regarding differant shipping modules, and now at a stage the more I read the more I get confused on which is best for my requirements.

I need the following shipping requirments

1st Class £*.**
1st Class Recorded *.**

Then

International £*.**

These amounts to be set figures and changable when required. As for the international this to vary depending upon which country the customer is in. ie EU, Non Eu (or something similar)

Also postage to increase by a set figure based on each item. ie £3.00 for 1st item, and then additional £1.00 extra.

Is there something already that accomidates this??
