Product Option Request (Want Pay)

Greeting,

anyone expert know or have module for Product Option...like this

My mean is..

After user want buy the product and he click Buy Now button and after that automatic add to cart at left side...

after he click Buy Now button it automatic redirect to Option Page like Apple Store...
