now I want to know how to set up from scratch and what the SMTP email provider do you recommend, if gmail or hotmail or etc.

I have to have some software installed on my pc or I go straight to your inbox shopping emails and inquiries?

good to see

I know I should step in admisnitracion configure my site to get me shopping and queries on my site let me on the contact
example
http://www.opencartmisitio.com/index.ph ... on/contact

You shouldn't need any... just as long as you have an email set up on your computer you will be fine

Just go into your admin

click settings and then go to the tab "mail"

make sure that this is on Mail Protocol: is on "mail" all other fields should be blank other than smtp port "25" and smtp timeout "5"

and iwhatever email address you have set in the "General" tab will get all the emails

Good Luck

Just completely disable the standard contact us page... and write your own one in either php or html (i would do it in html because it is easier) and then update the contact us links to directed to your new page... e.g. you have called your new page contact.html and have in your root folder... you will now change the links to www.yourdomain.com/contact.html

If you want it to look even beter, you could call the page index.html and then put that in a folder called contact which is in your root folder... this will mean that you will view the page by going to www.yourdomian.com/contact

Obviously this wont have your template applied to it and you will have to apply it manually... but if you are confident you could just play around with the files in catalog/controler/information/contact.php and catalog/view/theme/your theme/template/information/contact.tpl

The last option will obviously be the best option and the most effective once completed... but it will obviously just be a bit more work

Good Luck
