I got this error massage after i upgrade from the softaculous to 1.5.0. Now my site was gone http://www.myhmshop.com

Error: Unknown column 'store_id' in 'where clause'
Error No: 1054
SELECT * FROM oc_setting WHERE store_id = '0' OR store_id = '0' ORDER BY store_id ASC

You should read BEFORE upgrading!!

You CANNOT upgrade from previous versions to 1.5.0 at this moment!!!

i got the same thing. had a email from softaculous saying i could upgrade so did it and getting the same error message as above. how are we supposed to upgrade the software then?

Okay then... so how do we fix this problem? I've just had half of my clients call me because their site has done this error after they upgraded from softalicious...

I did the same thing, upgraded before backuo :( My whole stor and clients are gone.
I upgraded trouhg Softaculous.

Stupid stupid stupid! :choke:

i called my hosting company and asked them to restore the site as of 6am this morning. they did and we're back 1.4.9 and happy again.

Have you contacted your hosts -perhaps they could revert your files and database to a previous version? My hosting, for example, is set up to create automatic backups *in addition* to the backups I regularly create myself.

As i2Paq has suggested however, you should have read the official guidelines prior to upgrading.

EDIT: I see Hans_gruber has done just this -hopefully brodieboy et al can do the same!
