Translation tool

Hi

I am currently working on a translation-tool for OpenCart type of language files and I'm wondering if there is any support to change the root-file (so to speak) 'english.php' to something that does not require hardcoding of filenames. ../english/english.php has to be renamed to ../swedish/swedish.php while the ramaining files would have the same name just different paths.

Will post a alpha in short if there is any interest.
