COD value to Free and hide COD if shipping is selected

Hello.

I have 2 problems I cant figure out and wonder if someone would be kind to help me out please.

1. I want to change the value which is 0.00 on the cash on delivery option to FREE.
2. I also want to hide the cash on delivery option on payment page if the weight based shipping method is selected.

im using version 1.4.9.5
