Main product page descriptions

Could someone show me give me some instructions on how I could add a very small description on the main product pages that have options available.

All i'm wanting to change are for the products that have options available such as sizes, colors etc.
I would like it to show as follows;
(Various Sizes & Colors Available), (Various Sizes Available) & (Various Colors Available)

I would like to use the same font size and color as the Model # and to be shown directly above the Model #

Keep in mind I don't know much about .php and coding so please keep it simple.

Why not just install a product option extension?
