Strange symbols on logout

Hello

I noticed strange behavior.

Wheh I log out the strange symbols appears on the top of the page (it does not belong to any div.) This is a symbols п»ї The language is spanish.

What could it be?

I have the same problem would be nice to know what it is, and how to fix this.
