I'm sorry but you make it too complex to do business.

1) I don't like your ordering screens............ I entered a long message and went back to add my suite to the address. You didn't carry my other address information and you CLEARED my comments. Your programmers can do MUCH better than this (I'm a programmer). Also, you should allow a billing and shipping address. I'm using my office for easier daytime delivery.


The above is a partial email sent via email to me earlier today.
Can this be corrected, and how???

There are billing and shipping address options.

The complaint about the comments is user error. They haven't progressed forward so the comments weren't saved to the order. Having said this, I'm sure that it would be possible to update the comments even if it's the "back button" (not the browser back) that's clicked.

I heart cmd-f, cmd-c, cmd-v, cmd-z + vQmod.

That would be interesting, save comments if any entered in comments box
