Creating/Installing Templates

Hello,

(I couldn't post/reply in the templates forum for some reason.)

I was looking at the FAQ for an older version of OpenCart on how to install/create our own templates but it seems to be a bit outdated.  I'm guessing that the catalog > view is now the templates folder?  So if I wanted to create a new template, would I do something like this: catalog > my_template ?  Also, the templates tab doesn't seem to be available in admin - can someone confirm this?  Would really appreciate any help.

I think I know the answer... there's nothing as of yet.  I took a look at the database and there doesn't seem to be an entry for templates under the settings table.  Can someone confirm?
