Customization or mew Opencart module

Hello,

I am using version 1.4.9.3 of OpenCart, I want a mail Alert Module
having a functionality of sending mail, sms, and, mms to one user registered on my website.

When the user is on the product page of the site must be able to click a button "alert" to save him a warning for the product selected in a table in the database.

This record will appear in his profile on the "My Account" displaying product information: name, category, manufacturer, stock price and a button "delete"

When the price of this product varies The user receives an alert email informing him about the change.
could you have a pluging for the promo_tag module please or to have a new module.
this new function must be filled in the template management admin.

Did u get the required code??? Im also in need of similar code where price alerts come into play. If you have done i can you please share the code here??
