Export/Import Tool - Export problem with characters

Hello.

I am using the export/import tool for the first time and i have ran into a problem where exported file has funny characters in it. As a reference i am also attaching the exported file. Kindly have a look and suggest a solution.

My installed version of opencart is 1.4.9.3 and on my test store i only have 5 products. Excel version on my PC is 2010.

I'm trying to use your tool with 1.4.9.4 opencart. Downloaded latest version from MHC download section. It works, but I get only numbers in exported XLS. No text, like it drops strings. Even Columns titles are blank, I have only numbers. I have cyrillic text, using UTF-8 encoding.

I have had similar issues with one of these tools, I tried looking at your file but it might be a newer format than my Excel 2007. The issues I had were probably text was bold etc.

I'm having problems on Export not Import. So, it's not software or bold text. Export tool is making a file with blank text fields. I have russian language. It's set as default language in opencart admin panel.

Maybe, someone know how to enable logging in order to get the problem.
