well you should tell us that which error your PC is showing there ? and sometimes this problem also came due to the viruses in the system . and in my views there is a currupt file in your system which is doing this problem because i had also bought spanish language pack but i installed it in my computer and it did not show any error . so plz first check your pc then contact here
