people charge far more for far less work than you require, you need to offer more than that im afraid.

To be honest, you're going to expect to pay that for a weeks work at least! and that's definitely more than a weeks work. Best estimate, 3 - 4 weeks work

Have to second the above opinions. For creating the shopping mall/escrow addition to opencart, 4 weeks of work could be the starting estimate that you will receive.
