At first OpenCart it was pleasant to me, but then I have detected that v.0.7.9 is not adapted for Russian cyrillic alphabet.

I can't see why not. Have you reported this as a bug?

And unless it is a bug?
It is feature of a construction.
But this feature is not pleasant to me most of all.

After installation v0.7.9 problems with my store have started.

If it's an issue for you, it's a bug that can be fixed. You need to report it in a different thread with details.

You have to change all database content to utf by taking a db-backup from Admin-panel on the site, and then import the db-backup via phpMyAdmin and import it in the right language character.

You can do both the backup and restore from the OpenCart admin panel.

1. Back it up
2. Edit it to change all the table encoding
3. Reupload
