Add order history to customer form in backend

This mod adds a Order History tab to the customer detail view in the backend.
There a list of all orders done by this customer is shown and you can directly go to the order detail view.
Not (yet) beautiful, but it works.

It seems this shows missing order also? and displaying order value would be nice because that is what opencart is installed for
