Why there's no easy way to disable GUEST CHECKOUT?

Or you could just set the option "Guest Checkout" to "NO"

Duh!
I swear, it wasn't there when I checked settings in Admin panel last time;D
Obviously, I spent too much time at the computer today... Anyway, will come back tomorrow with more stupid questions- need to put Welcome, John Doe in header.tpl Actually, "Welcome" is already in place, only name left. I saw it somewhere on this discussion board, but will wait till tomorrow.
