I would like to have customisation for my homepage (www.erosapparel.com) and I am currently using opencart 1.4.9.4 version.
At the moment I am writing the content of the homepage and you can find more information about the background of this business. Basically there are two areas of business. First of all, eros apparel allows designers to upload their items for sales and buyers can purchase the items. In this case, commission is taken from the selling price. Second of all, I will upload some items by myself for sales, therefore, no commission calcuation is needed.

What do I need to be done:
1) allow designers to upload / sell their items (I need to approve the item before showing in the homepage also need to show login as a new/return customer or designer)
2) allow designers to manage their account easily on a simple layout (user setting, notification, sales report details...etc) about user setting, i need name, address, login name, password..etc. For notification, designers can select if they want to receive notification email from eros apparel when items are sold..etc. For sales report details, they can find information of the sales history, paypal account, total listed items, billing history..etc.
3) as eros apparel will take x% commission of the sales price, therefore, i need the payment calcuation and allow designers to receive the payment monthly by paypal
4) allow admin to have a monthly sales turnover report of each & all designers
5) add a total item number next to the category column
6) have a live support (eg: to show '1' staff is online and able to help)
7) as i have hundreds of product needed to be upload 3 times a week, i would like to seek a faster and simple way to upload the pics with description and price info.
Bascially it will be something like above and please let me know if you need further explanation for quotation.
