USPS Auto Rates Not Working

The USPS auto rates are not working on my website.

I have added the api username and password, and have called to activate it.

Why does it show no access to the server error message?

my issue was if you change the box size from Rectangular to Variable it made the rates finally start appearing..

Yea, it seems USPS has grown stricter in its measurements now. If you have rectangular and don't enter the dimensions, it doesn't show.
