Mail Template "Permission Denied"

Can someone help me with this please? Im getting Permission Denied in Mail Template under SALES

Message:

You do not have permission to access this page, please refer to your system administrator.

you can give it a check on file permission. generally you need to set "755".

What do you mean by set to 755? Could you guide me how to set it? I also got same problem here..

in your FTP client or file manager set the file to 755 (right click on the file and chmod 755)

I just chmod the files newslettersubscribe.php and .tpl to 755, but i still dont have access to the page
