Does anyone know which file I should look for to edit?
I use the common import / export tool & it used to work. I have made some changes to my site, including a theme & a few other extensions and now the import/export does not work. The Top Administrator does have access to it, however the import/export is not an option any more.

You should be able to find the link in the old theme files if you still have them, otherwise you can just add one.

That's a great start, thanks. The only reference that I can find is on line 122 which was about the export feature. But by adding that to the new headers.tpl, it is still not functional. Should I add it somewhere else as well?

<li><a href="<?php echo $export; ?>"><?php echo $text_export; ?></a></li>Make sure you edit the correct headers.tpl file. You wrote that you changed the theme. Be sure to edit the headers.tpl file inside the themes folder and not in the default folder.
Every theme uses its own theme files within the catalog/view/ folder.
