My store uses dropshippers, so I don't have control over their stock and would like to have something like this extension:

Not really, I'm looking for something where I can have the sku in one column of the CSV and quantity of the other, and just upload it to change the quantities. With that I'd have to go look up all the quantities instead of just downloading a file with all of them.

I do exactly what you described using this module. Once you get it setup its under Products - Import/Update. You can export out the data as well, modify the CSV with the new data, then use the same CSV to update the records.
