Export/Import on V1.4.7 will not import

Hi all.

I have the import/export tool installed, it will export fine. but will not import at all.

It goes through all the motions to import but nothing is then updated.

Also for the first time ever I have just looked at my error log its full help.

Did you figure this out? I am having the same issue. Will export fine, but it's not importing the updated xls file. No errors at all. No success message either.
