Hi,
How can I change wording to the Special Box.
My special box right now is saying the follow:
Special Offers
There are no special offer products to list.
I would like to change it and say
On sales - Specials.
There are no On sales special offer product to list. Come back again.
Which file would I find in the file manager to make this Change?

You can change the Special box heading in:
catalog/language/english/module/special.php
There is no "There are no special offers to list" message in the standard system. This would need to be included in:
catalog/view/theme/YOUR_THEME/template/module/special.php (sidebox)
or
catalog/view/theme/YOUR_THEME/template/module/special_home.php (central 'home' box)
If these files don't exist in your theme, you need to copy them from:
catalog/view/theme/default/template/module/special.php
or
catalog/view/theme/default/template/module/special_home.php
Files in YOUR_THEME will override files in Default where they exist.

There is two catalog, one just catalog and one is from store catalog. Also when I go to view theme I see default ONLY.

...sure: in most cases, wording changes can be made within the language files.
For 'there are no special offers to list' it's catalog/language/english/product/special.php
