We are finding discrepencies in the FedEx rates generated off the FexEx website using our account and those generated by the FedEx Live Rates extension. I've attached a pdf that shows the rates generated by our website and 2 by FedEx:
1-with no declared value for the shipment (breakdowns for the ground option at bottom right)
2-with a declared value of $895.00. (breakdowns for the ground option at bottom right)

FedEx only insures up to $100.00 so it's important to us that we charge for extra insurance since most of our products cost more than that. Can this be updated?

The other issue is weight. FedEx Express and Ground cut off at 150lbs. Some of our items weigh over that so we would like to see no shipping options if a SINGLE ITEM is over that weight, forcing the customer to call us to arrange shipment.

Thanks for looking at this. Looking forward to seeing if these issues can be resolved.

Ranchwood, were you able to resolve this - and if so, what did you do? One of our clients has similar problems with differences in price. I have contacted QPhoria, hopefully we can get it resolved.

Our solution at this point is to and add a "handling charge" into the price of the items to cover the added FedEx charges. Not a perfect solution but I think it will work for us on a win some lose some basis. The issue is being discuss here as well http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php?f=114&t=23001. Let me know if you come up with other ways to deal with this.
