Hi, Special box

I am using Opencart version 1.4.8 and would like to know the Special box, I mean for example if a product are given price cut from original price those products are listed on these page. So where is the file or what is the file to change the header of this page and the wording if for example if the products price cut are expired?

for example if a product is say to be on sales and offer ends 03-11-11, after this product is expired then it says no product are on sale anymore. In short I am trying to find the file that changes the wording to the special page.
