Quantity based shipping

Hi - I have downloaded quantity based shipping and it is showing in my admin/shipping file on the server but not in my admin page on opencart - i have had a message 'unarchiving extn quantity based shipping' for about half an hour - what coud the prob be?

Typically due to not uploading all the files I'd guess. Try reuploading them again, being sure you got at least 5 files uploaded
